ASiC-E is a record format defined by the eIDAS regulation that links electronic documents with electronic signatures and seals (ETSI TS 103174 v.2.2.1) ASiC-E is actually a compressed ZIP archive containing source files, signatures and XML data that link them in a precise defined structure.
ASiC-E enables the connection of multiple electronic signatures and seals in a common frame (Container) with electronic documents and their attachments, thus ensuring that the signatures are not separated from the documents during transport and validation.
