The PM2 methodology is the official project management methodology of the European Commission, and its application is rapidly expanding internationally. The PM2 methodology is easy to use and suitable for managing any type of project.
The PM2 methodology enables project managers to effectively manage the project, which ensures the delivery of solutions and the realization of benefits to the clients and project users. It is based on operational experiences and project management within the institutions of the European Union and on the adoption of best practices of other project methodologies and standards such as PMBoK Guide, PRINCE2®, IPMA-ICB.
