The e-Citizens system was established by the Government of the Republic of Croatia with the aim of modernizing, simplifying and speeding up communication between citizens and the public sector and increasing the transparency of the provision of public services.
The e-Citizens system consists of:
The main purpose of the Central State Portal is to unify the information of state institutions so that citizens can get the required information as easily as possible
The user mailbox allows every citizen, who has a valid OIB, to receive official messages related to public services, procedures and statuses, as well as their review, management and storage.
NIAS enables safe and reliable identification and authentication of users who access public electronic services through the appropriate credentials.
The e-Business system enables access and use of e-services by persons legally authorized to represent legal entities registered in the Court Register and in the registers of non-profit organizations such as the Register of Associations and Foundations, political parties, and religious communities in the Republic of Croatia. The same is possible for craftsmen who are registered in the Trade Register, as well as for farmers and holders of agricultural holdings from the database of the Register of Farmers and other natural persons who perform various freelance activities and secondary occupations.
You can see the list of e-services for citizens and business users provided by public sector bodies under the Links section.
