By launching the technical system for cross-border automated evidence exchange, known as the "Once-Only Technical System" (OOTS), the Republic of Croatia has made a significant step forward in the implementation of the Single Digital Gateway (SDG) Regulation. This system, based on the once-only principle, enables citizens and businesses to access public services across the European Union more easily and quickly.
On the europe.gov.hr portal, under the "SDG procedures" category, you can find a list of all e-services implemented so far in the Republic of Croatia.
Access to each individual e-service is provided to both domestic and foreign citizens under equal conditions. By using the National Identification and Authentication System (NIAS) or any recognized European electronic identification system (eIDAS), users can easily and securely use the services of the Croatian public administration.
