The ePlovilo portal was established with the aim of enabling access to the electronic services of the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure to all citizens of the European Union and the European Economic Area in the same way as citizens of the Republic of Croatia.

e-Vessel is an electronic service intended for owners of vessels registered under the Croatian flag, which:
• provides options for searching and viewing data from the Register of Ships
• enables vessel owners to view:
- all information about their vessels,
- issued invoices for fees and charges,
- performed technical inspections,
- enables vessel owners to submit requests for regular technical inspection.
The register of ships is a unique register of maritime objects belonging to the Croatian state, in which maritime objects and maritime objects under construction are entered, and includes ships, boats and yachts.
